Creating a channellist file for tvpassport.com , two steps:
!! only works in program version 3.1.7.1 or above!!

step 1:
enter you zip/postal code(no spaces) in the site_id="xxxxx",use this line in you webgrab++config.xml to create a provider list.
 example...
 <channel update="i" site="tvpassport.com" site_id="10001" xmltv_id="dummy">dummy</channel> or
 <channel update="i" site="tvpassport.com" site_id="L9H1N3" xmltv_id="dummy">dummy</channel>
 
use in config  <update>c1-10001-NY</update>
run
Result in tvpassport.com.channels.c1.xml

step 2:
use a provider line from the file created above
    <channel update="i" site="tvpassport.com" site_id="2381D?lineupname=DirecTV+-+National%2C+NY+" xmltv_id="DirecTV - National, NY">DirecTV - National, NY</channel>

use <update>c2</update>
run
The final channellist file is tvpassport.com.channels.c2.xml
